Before this week’s entries, a note about last week. Maggie Gyllenhaal was on with Jimmy Fallon last Tuesday, and with Stephen Colbert on last Wednesday. While Hysteria has been out in art houses for a few weeks, she was still discussing the film.
This week things fit the usual pattern. Stuff on Comedy Central, with little to nothing in other places. Parmy Olson visits The Daily Show tonight to discuss her book on the hacker collective Anonymous. On Wednesday LeVar Burton will join Jimmy Fallon to discuss the Reading Rainbow app, updating his signature PBS program for the tablet computer and smartphones. Star Trek may well be discussed, but I won’t promise anything. Physicist Lawrence Krauss stops by to bicker with Stephen Colbert on Thursday night.
