Science and Technology Guests on Late Night, Week of May 27

With the Memorial Day holiday starting the week, repeats were the order of the day for most shows this past week.  Maggie Siff, who plays a psychiatrist on Billions, made two repeat appearances.  Last Wednesday Last Call replayed her April 30th visit, and that Friday The Late Late Show replayed her March 25 appearance.  Jared Harris, who plays one of the scientists in the Chernobyl miniseries, was also on Last Call.  His May 1st appearance was replayed on the 30th.  Last, but certainly not least in the reruns last week, was the May 27 edition of The Late Late Show.  It was a repeat of the January appearance by Sonequa Martin-Green, who plays the lead (and a scientist) on Star Trek: Discovery.

In the new episodes last week, Hillary Swank’s appearance on the May 27 edition of Live with Kelly and Ryan is worth noting.  She has a role in the new film Life with Mother, coming out this month in the United States.  The film follows a teenage girl and the robot raising her.
