Aside from the increasing number of cracks by late night hosts about the coronavirus pandemic, the last week of February was pretty light where science and technology guests are concerned. Anthony Mackie was on the February 24 edition of The Daily Show promoting his show Altered Carbon. Mackie is new to the show this season, where he plays the latest ‘shell’ or human body for the main character. In this program souls can be transferred between bodies, and the show deals with the implications of this throughout. Mackie was also on the February 25 episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan.
As I noted, things were light at the end of February, but there is a big deal on the horizon. The new season of COSMOS will premiere on the National Geographic Channel on March 9 in the United States. Here’s the trailer.
