Nearly no repeats this week. The Daily Show and The Colbert Report are off tonight, as is their custom following the Emmys (where The Daily Show cleaned up). No repeats worth re-noting this week.
Still slim pickings, and I suspect that will continue until after the Presidential election. Jim Parsons will be on Wednesday’s edition of The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson. He’s not a physicist, but he plays one on The Big Bang Theory. There are currently no guests announced yet for Thursday’s edition of the program, so there may be an update later in the week.
In the meantime there are a couple of segments from The Colbert Report last week that touched on science and technology topics. Colbert addressed the Apple-Samsung patent fight on the 18th, and Russian President Vladimir Putin’s crane flight on the 20th.
