The beginning of the week is empty. So is the middle. But on Thursday Letterman will have fun with the latest crop of kid scientists. The next night National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins returns to The Colbert Report.
There’s not much on the rosters with which to stretch things. Jimmy Fallon will have a chef on Wednesday night, so there will be a cooking segment, but I doubt there will be much science. Jim Parsons plays a scientist on The Big Bang Theory, and he will be on The Late Show Tuesday night.
